The Pennsylvania Work Injury Lawyers Law Firm has five convenient offices throughout Pennsylvania and will make home visits upon request. Cardamone Law is owned by Attorney Michael W. Cardamone (aka “Cards”), a Certified Specialist in Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation, and a 1992 graduate of St. Joe’s Prep in Philadelphia, Boston College in 1996, and The Villanova University School of Law in 1999. Attorney Cardamone also completed a Leadership Principles Course in 2020 through the Harvard University Business School and is one of only approximately 100 Work Comp Lawyers in Pennsylvania who is Certified as a Specialist for injured workers. He was named to “Best Lawyers” of America in 2025 and maintains the highest possible rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the most prestigious peer-review rating system for lawyers, with a “Preeminent” rating for skills and ethics.

Cardamone Law was founded in November 2013 by Certified Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation attorney, Michael W. Cardamone. Prior to opening Cardamone Law, Michael handled Workers’ Compensation cases for 15 years for several firms including a large, prominent Claimant’s firm for nine years. Due to Michael’s passion, dedication, and success, in addition to his unique, friendly style, his client base started to swell. Injured workers were finding out that a Workers’ Compensation attorney could obtain tremendous results and be friendly and down to earth at the same time. Indeed, having respect for his clients and treating them with the dignity they deserve is Michael’s trademark- and the trademark of this growing firm. While the firms he had worked for previously were great firms, he wanted to open up a small, boutique firm that dedicated 100% of its practice to injured workers- not dabbling in any other areas of law. This would make the firm ultra- efficient and accessible to its clients- injured workers across the great Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This was a risk as virtually every other firm that touts itself as a “Workers’ Compensation Firm” also handles social security disability and/or personal injury law. But Cardamone’s model has worked. Injured workers get their cases overseen by a heavyweight in Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law. While not employed with the firm, our beloved court reporter, Samanda Rios and IT tech, Mike McGowan, help the firm to keep serving our clients with the highest degree of professionalism.
